i want the ability to mix and match the 2 OSTs for the 2011 version, imagine it, the opening theme being sonic boom and stardust speedway being the Europe one

Maybe it's because we all grew up from the separate tracks. I grew up to the USA version of Sonic CD. That's why I prefer that than the international. If you grew up to the international version, then you're most likely into that one. That's the way it is really.

He's a youtube user who made videos for a while based on team fortress 2. A lot of them are so pointless people find them funny, "soldier thinks the sentry is American" is a good example. He often uses music from other videogames so whenever he uses a song from a game rubberfruit fans check out the song and post a bunch of dumb rubberfruit references.
