When students come to Boston University, they get a little extra education when it comes to pronouncing some of the states archaic city and town names, many dating back to the 1600s.

BU Today called the cops for help — specifically, lifelong Bostonian and BUPD Captain Robert Molloy — to set the record straight. Think youre a pro? Try tackling Leominster.

Oh my god its so hilarious! I love when non massachusetts people try our town names! I wish they had put in hyannis, concord, bedford, westford, any of the "fords" . People also mess up carlisle, dracut, maynard, reading, woburn. There's so many i could list.... hahaha

Haha, us Rhodys have very similar accents to Bostonians, especially those from Cranston and Warwick. Or should I say "Wohrick." I think I'll be fine ;)
