Pat (What-ever-her-name-is) with URTV is being paid by public money, no? IF she has acted in a way outside the bylaws of URTV, the public has a right to know about it.

correct me if i'm wrong, but i don't think Tim Johnson is being paid a salary with public money... but with all the corruption within the political parties, who knows.
