A beautiful two minute snippet on the impact that long term mentoring relationships and a strong connection to nature can have on the development of a child.

For more info on the video and a cool background story on the lineage of the song we're singing around the fire, go to our website here: http://www.pineproject.org/more-resilient-children/

  • Our kids (10 and 7) went to a P.I.N.E. Project day camp on the Humber River in Toronto this summer. They absolutely loved it and came home covered in soot and mud!

  • Very good!

  • This is a beautiful movie !! I love it. I heard a few seconds of the light it up song, written in Vermont by the teen boys at the Art of Mentoring. there is a video of Jon Young talking about bringing that song to the Kalahari... its called Bushman Light it up Story
