I don't think you have a right to complain. It's a school, and they are learning. Just because they go to Paul Mitchell, doesn't mean that they are automatically hair experts. It takes a lot of years to really understand everything, and doing hair is harder than it seems. You get what you pay for and if you don't like it, you should probably just go to a salon.

Stay away from Paul Mitchell Schools ...had a 2nd year student with just 1 week til graduation totally ruin my hair with color ...looks like a checked board ...School has no integrity ...made me pay for it ...told me to come back the next day where I would have to PAY to fix it .....not cool and I'm spreading the word!
