  • Thanks for sharing you good nutrition ideas.

  • I wanted to comment that usually green papaya salad at Thai places usually have fish sauce on them. Just an fyi to ask about when you order.

  • As a high raw vegan, the best restaraunts (and there are 3 in my area!) are Chinese buffets. There is vegan sushi, steamed rice, fruit (pineapple, mango, melon, etc.), and a salad bar (fresh veggies, beans, olives, etc.) It's great- and I get to eat as much of it as I want!

  • i don't think raw fish can be healthy, as the monkeys don't know how to prepare it

  • Lovely video. =)

    You're so full of life!

  • sometimes i go out with my family in fact i did today! i got sliced raw green bell peppers, cucumbers, carrots, and avocado. when i go to chinese restaurants i get steamed veggies and brown rice

  • @MyOwnStickFigure and of course - you are a precious prize Natasha. Thanks again for another incredible video! I love you, God does too!

  • @MyOwnStickFigure Thai: green papaya salad, healing spices, tropical fresh fruit... Mexican: whole black or pinto beans, fresh guac, fresh salsa, etc

  • I do not eat out but I do know some tips.

Scan the menu, see whatever veggies they have listed on their menu, raw and cooked, and then ask what they can provide raw and create a raw veggie assortment platter/dish for you. Most places have no problem doing this type of custom salad. Then they have the basic rule of thumbs: Chinese: lightly steamed or wok'd no salt veggie dishes... Indian and Middle Eastern: legume dishes... Japanese: seaweed dishes, miso... Italian:grilled veggies, salads
