Just a cute scene from "A Hard Day's Night". I've always loved the way John sings this song and his glorious "middle eight", especially the pure, UN-double-tracked part that brings out the distinct character and beauty of his voice.

  • Who was the girl in there with them?

  • @pawnansell I *think* that's Patty Boyd (eventually to become Mrs. Harrison)..but don't quote me on it.

  • @VoxMax1200 LOL! Whilst the lads were busying themselves in hursuit pursuits....! The girls by that time probably resembled Janis Joplin! No offence Janis! They probably still swooned but with a more layed back, joint toting, paint my tits sorta approach!!! HA!!!!!! HA!! HEAVY MAN!!

  • @HELTERFUCKINGSKELTER Look how cute these guys are. The girls probably stopped swooning when they all started looking like variations of Charlie Manson-Yikes! :D

  • @gdosic I'm okay, thank you. Interesting about the UK release of this song so many years after its recording. In the States, "ISHKB" was the B side to "A Hard Day's Night" and was released on Capitol in '64, which makes sense. The picture sleeve not "marrying" to the song, I don't get, either, but I'm sure stranger things have been done in music. ;-) Take care, hon'!

  • @Cozycriter I'm fine, thanks ... You? Yeah !!!! I have sweet memories about this song .. It was the B-side from "Yesterday"....released by Parlophone as a single in the UK 1976.. I bought as a teenager!! Cover image was little bit "wrong"..Beatles during 1968! :D CHEERS!

  • @gdosic "Oh, my"? lol.. :) How are you, hon'? Love Johnny's falsetto, btw! Thanks for watching! xo
