  • si elle se faisait en milieu legerement basique (ph=8-9)on fabriquerait de la colle que l on utilise dans l industrie du bois .

  • c'est une prise en masse car la reaction se fait en milieu acide. en effet le formol etant a un ph de 4.

  • Exothermic. In practice, they add formaldehyde liquid to urea crystals, mix until dissolved & clear, then add a bit of conc. sulphuric acid perhaps as a catalyst. A dehydration reaction.

  • Well some folk on here think it's super fast setting, it's not.

  • Theres A really easy way to do this

    1. Buy a bottle of figi water

    2. Leave it in the freezer for 3 hours (It wont freeze! unless you bump it!

    3. take it out and and bang the bottom of it on a hard surface sharply!

    4.Instant freeze!

    Just search up water freezing if you dont believe me!
