@BearScout84 Yep, you need Steam. That REALLY sucks if your internet doesn't work, because then you can't play any games you need Steam for. Yeah... no Empire OR Napoleon Total War for me. D=

The thing is that the mens morale will be affected by the death of the general (or if he flees) so you shall not rush your generals bodyguard if not absolutley necessary

I used to think this was an Age of Empires Ripoff... then I spent like 400 hours playing Medieval 2 Total War, after which I remembered this game and downloaded it as well. The fight scenes are epic! The Naval battles are visually stunning, and unlike Age of Empires, the ships actually sink in a realistic manner with the sailors jumping off and everything hehe. And then there's the ground battles, I just saw one of my soldiers strangle someone with his rifle.. enough said ^^

Prince, Minutemen are the best, I hate for the first like 30 years with no fire by rank they have the ost firepower cuz they all fire.! have you gotten the new packs of american units? morgans provos are the best light infantry in the game!
