  • OMG I love this show! Sue perkins is hillarious! Thanks for uploading and in great quality too! Millions of thumbs up!

  • You're very welcome! If even one person enjoys the show, it was worth uploading.

  • Thank you Apple Souffle for your efforts in posting these :)

  • You're most welcome! Someone else had already uploaded this episode, but the sound was delayed by 30 seconds or so. It was too confusing to watch.

It's splendid that so many people are enjoying Supersizers! It was worth the effort to divide the file into pieces and upload them. It took over an hour for each 10 minute piece, for the first 3 parts!

Also, Sue is on The News Quiz this week! She's at BBC Radio 4.

Look for The News Quiz, until Friday, January 29th. Then it's a new episode.

  • I have the other 5 parts of this video, but I can only upload when I get to a library AND it can take over an hour to upload just 1, not quite 10 minutes long, part!

I tried 9 free or trial editing programs before I found one called Avidemux, to divide the whole episode into 6 bite size pieces.

I'm uploading Part 2 now. We'll see if it finishes before the library closes at 6 pm. So far I've had to cancel an upload 3 times.

There's a foggy field between the lands of persistence and obsession.

  • WHY, WHY, WHY AREN'T THEY MARRIED?!?!

  • YAY! Awesome to see Mrs Shrager make an appearance. If I was young enough to be a ladette, I would have faked being one to be one of her Ladette to Lady students just to learn from her.

  • im a student, that diesn't stop me from modelling myself on regency giles

  • Giles always looks so handsome...then he goes and recreates a lack of table manners...

  • Oh, that is quite lovely sound! Wonderful quality, thank you for the upload!

  • I have no idea where they got the idea that The Art of Cookery said to roast a small piece of beef like that for two hours. The book says a ten lb roast for 1.5 hrs. And the Yorkshire pud recipe says to put the batter under an already roasting piece of beef which would mean it would only cook for the last part of the time. Since I'm sure Rosemary is a fine chef this was certainly done just as a TV stunt. Too bad as it leaves the impression that Regency chefs couldn't cook.

  • That Chef Rosemary is such a jolly woman. She's a good sort. I like her sense of humour.

  • Gotta luv them, don't you!

  • @crippmeister who?
