I got a million questions. What on earth do you plan to do with 12 hole onions? Anyone aware of a little known disease call 'high blood pressure' (too much salt)? Boiling makes crabs tougher than steaming. Do you find crabs tougher to chew after they cool off? I notice you had the kerosene burner going at full blast. How many boils can you get out of one tank? I remember hearing something about Zatarain's. Have you compared that to Old Bay? I like most cajun food but not this receipe.

I can't find this pot set up, with the strainer and all. What size of pot is this? Looks like about a 50 Quart. And are all pots ok over an open flame? I want to boil over a log fire.
