the interview is about his time off after 1998.
he said that he very busy back then and needed some time off.
when he started recording his new album, he sat outside the recording studio once, the sun was shining, the birds were singing and thats when he had the idea for life is good.
he also said that the video caused a lot of attention, people called the news to find out whats going on, eventually a team came to report about it.
