Taking a few anti-oxidant supplements can slow the aging process and slow disease in most cases. You don't need a lot of these and in fact more is not better in this category. You will want to take vitamin E, vitamin C, super oxide dismutase or SOD and N-acetyl cysteine or NAC along with supplements that help your body make glutathione.
