From a late 1960s TV appearance. This is a particularly beautiful live performance by Connie Francis. • @laura1968xx Hi there! I'm so glad you like it! I agree - it's beautiful!

  • Glad you have this posted, as the video of the performance is down now.

  • @wrdane Glad you found it, Will! I've had this one up for a long time - long before I even knew there was a video! That particular video is so good, though, isn't it? Maybe one of these days I'll have the courage to post it. As you know, for now I'm just letting my channel sit here for the time being. I think this performance is stunning!

  • WOW

  • Terrific song,Connie does a great job, please vote for her njhalloffame she is a 2012 nominee

  • What a great version of this timeless classic, as delivered by the great Connie Francis! This is just one example of the uniqueness of this ladies vocal abilities. She has this innocence to her voice, but her voice is actually very powerful when the lyrics call for it.

  • Heavens, she was great.

  • RIP

  • One of the best versions of this song I've heard. Such a clear and controlled voice - just beautiful. I wish this live version were available as an mp3. There is something unique about this TV performance that was not captured when the song was recorded.
