Is Iran a military dictatorship?

US secretary of state Hilary Clinton stated that Iran is in danger of turning into a military dictatorship, after delivering her latest assessment. The US and other believe that Iran is intending to become nuclear capable. She suggests that the road to stop Iran from developing nuclear warheads will be much tougher.
