rfactor - Wiimote TrackIR

Demonstrating the ability for the Wiimote to emulate a TrackIR-type head tracking system. For this example, I simply let the AI drive while moving a VCR remote around in the field of view of the Wiimote sensor.

I simply tweaked the existing GlovePie script for TrackIR to have it use the sensor inputs rather than the internal g-meters.

Could you say what to yourself you use as software, I installed(settled) him(it), but on rfactor, the sight becomes completement lunatic and I do not arrive has to refocus and to controler the sight, you could help me?

You'll need the TrackIR program (available on their website) and GlovePIE to act as the bridge between the Wiimote and TrackIR. I'll try to post the GlovePIE script I made later.

Just by a TrackIR 4 or 5.. its much better, ive just ordered mind :)

Yeah, it's a little stupid. But if you try it, you won't go without it. You don't need any controller to look around, just tilt your head. Genious for flight sims.

If one of the lights is out of range of the wiimote, or if you look too far away from the lights, one could be out of the frustrum of the wiimote's camera, causing a camera in game to jerk violently. Just be sure you have both lights showing bright, and don't point you're wiimote too far away.
