This is a question, when i first got my zune hd it was 4.5 I recently updated it now I cant sync it to the computer , get on the marketplace or any apps that require the internet or the internet. I plug it in my computer it doesnt connect, I've changed the plugs nothing works. I've reset it a number of times because after I tried to go to the internet the screen frezzes and turns black. HELP ME!
