Italian Chicken Recipe

This is one of my favorite recipe's because its so delicious and easy to prepare. Everyone enjoys it and it can be low in fat depending on the type of italian dressing you choose. I use the south beach diet italian dressing. I hope you enjoy!

How many carbs is in the South Beach dressing? omg it look's soooo damn good!!!!!

Great! Can't wait to hear what you think of it. I find it to be so yummy.

The south beach Dressing has 3carbs for 2 tablespoons.

So I used 1/2 cup which is 8 tablespoons, and this recipe served 2 people with 1/2 cup of the dressing, so each serving was 6 Carbs. So this is definitely low Carb!
