Paying income tax in the US is not a legal requirement. the 16th amendment gives the US Gvmt no new taxing powers to those existing prior to its "ratification" (research it's "ratification") The constitutional definition of income, as determined by the Supreme Court, is profit made from enterprise. labor is not enterprise and no profit is made. It is an equitable exchange. Your labor is your property and yours to exchange for what you deem to be an equitable compensation in return.

Only direct and indirect taxes are constitutional. direct tax is a tax on a business for profit for example, indirect tax is for fuel, cigarettes etc. That's why they cannot produce a document , or tax law requiring a tax. This is also why it is taken out from your income check.

you just proved my point, if the american gov pays more than austria on wars per capita and more on social programs per capita which it does than how does austria pay more taxes? its basic logic. dont be tricked by income tax % and things of this sort, the inflation tax is the biggest tax american pay and the debt tax which is taxation to be paid back at a later date is a huge tax also. and yes paying taxes is bad because the more gov spending you have the less efficient an economy.
