Marked Episode 1: The Tracker (Part 1)

The story takes place in Tulsa, Oklahoma in a world almost symetrical to ours. In this world, humane beings that bare the mark of a cresent moon on their foreheads, with a penchant for blood and worship the goddess Nyx, live among us, the humans. When an unsuspecting teenager undergoes this transformation, she moves to a bordering school specifically designed for this new type of "species" not being able to leave until she matures into an adult. At the House of night, she then discovers secrets that could lead to her demise.

So I know you don't want to hear excuses but troubles started long before today, aprox. 6 months ago and I know you guys don't deserve this horrible holed pixely version of episidoe 1 after waiting so long, but there's not much more i can do.

It was hell to put up, and I got frustrated numerous times. It went through windows movie maker about three times which reduced the quality. Alot.

Then my friends, Youtube wouldn't let the video go up because of copyright on two of my songs which ment, good bye opening scene of child being marked and zoey watching. Goodbye scene of neferet looking all evil at a computer screen.

So yeah, i'm not exactly in a joyous mood.

BUT apart from that I'd like to thank my voice actors for this. You guys are amazing, thanks for getting your lines on time and what not.

Part 2 will be up next week, then following episode 2. It's all done. And trust me soooo much better than this shitty quality video..

Please don't unsuscribe, I know you guys had bettter expectations of this episode, as did I. Trust me part two is good. Oh and Actors, don't stand by a read with the script because some things were cut, added but not by much.

Firstly, If you think this is a "sorry excuse for a book" then why did you even spend your personal time making this video? Obviously you must like this series on some level or you would not have. @AriTimberwolf I want you to give me a moment, when you were so utterly moved by this novel, when you marveled at the beauty of the writing, and were immeresed in the depth of the characters. The house of night may be entertaining, but it's built upon poor plot development, unoriginality pulling half of it's storyline from the craft, and immature first person narrative. Yes, I did on some level enjoy these novels-but it doesn't make these books less elementary. It did no more than play *cont*

Yet it still doesn't diminsh the fact that people change, such as myself. I was young when I made this, and yes I did infact find the book amusing but when your both exposed to more lit and expirences, you see through the holes in the novels. Soon the Faux teen speak became so irritating I couldn't bare it anymore. Yet like the authors, I invested my time

You say that this is bad and that this was a waste of your time while your version of Marked is OH so amazing! I'm not immature nor am I young. I stated my opinion and you, of course, stated yours. If you didn't like it I don't see why you continued to watch. I don't regret investing my time into this project because It was both fun and I learned so much from it. <3

Secondly, never ever make a public YouTube video with a user called "Teamjacobx" considering that Taylor Lautner was a werewolf and not a vampire. Finally, if you really wish to make a much more interesting video about vampires ever again, I implore to you to never use images taken from The Sims. In plain English, that's just friggin stupid! She even apoligizes for it not being exactly the same as the book so i don't know why your whining. God you should atleast be happy that you know a good movie maker, and one that actually takes her time to please you ppl, but all you do is complain.
