@RWL2011 yeah but as ive commented before its my mates car not mine... it wouldnt look right with yellow plates on an all black car and hes never been asked about them so....

@1275Si My mini failed its MOT because of a noisy exhaust, they just said it was too noisy. I looked into the MOT procedure and it seems that it's their personally opinion on noise that counts and there isn't a set db level, so if you get a tester on a bad day you could end up with a fail for no real reason. That's my personal experience anyway.

Rwl you are completely full of shit, the wheels/tyres are 100% legal as there covered by arches/kit, aslong as there covered then there legal. 2nd the exhaust is also legal and it never brings up any issues in MOT's, if loud exhausts can fail MOT's then how do ferraris and lambos pass?
