the camera used is Canon Powershot SX20 IS...nothing special.
Reason why the videos (on Finals day) are a bit shaky is because it was hand-held (left tripod). sorry..

I chose this brand/model because of the zoom capability & also for photo taking.There are a few others within the same price range & have similar features/function, but overall, for the price range, this is probably the best what you'll get.

I also take into consideration the format of the video file, since this one records in.avi, which is a common format. I don't really want to deal with some other uncommon video format.
The only thing which lacks from this camera is an 1080HD. But of course, if it has that option, the price will be higher.
So, again, it depends what your definition of "better"? "better" as in price but still delivers the same video quality? that will be hard to get.
