Perfect. Some may confuse tension with crisp technique. As far as the kicks, they may seem too high and it is more than needed, I agree with the other poster that it is efficient to hit towards your own face rather than way above your head but WTF really has become primarily about aesthetic appeal. It isn't about teaching you how to take TKD and use it on the streets (not primarily, I guess some teachers may try to incorporate it). This is still crisp and well done, world champ and deserved it.
