Ithaca Festival Parade 2007 Performance Systems Contracting

First are an odd assortment of recycling people wearing lots of plastic bags followed by a "Reflect on You" person, which was basically someone on a Segway covered in tin foil. Behind them was the float from Performance Systems Contracting who do a lot of work in Ithaca, specializing on energy efficiency for the home.
