How to build a oscilloscope from a candle and speaker...
Jak zbudować oscyloskop ze świeczki i głośnika? To proste. Podajemy na głośnik naszą sinusoide (tudzież ulubiony kawałek do wyburzania szklanych dekoracji pokoju), z porządnym kopem, conajmniej 50W, głośnik przystawiamy blisko płonącej świeczki.
(użyto "THX Subwoofer Test - 3 Types Of Bass")

  • Thats a 3D vibratoscope without triggering.

  • Actually it is. The vertical waveform created by the camera is the signal trace.

By all means an oscilloscope (crude one) without trigger function.

    I haven't heard this album in a while. :)

  • Would you please post the song's name or whatever? thx

  • next time, place the candle IN the speaker and post that on youtube ;)

  • Actually, it's better if you have a tube with evenly spaced holes along it and flames at each hole, and a speaker directed down the tube. It will make the flames get larger and smaller to the music. My highschool teacher did that, and it works much better than just 1 candle.

  • Groovy!

  • nice woofer what is the make of it

  • omg... do you know what an oscilloscope is?
