The FEDS are idiots. God, they will fuck up a one car parade and arrest you for it. Does the government have anyone that can think, is there any common sense in Corporate Washington DC? No wonder they can't figure out how to fix the nation's problems, but they sure make sure that their pockets are lined with our tax money.

We can't have an American company making money and employees working, it makes the government look bad because the Feds can't create jobs. Go after a company that obeys the law, and leave the companies alone that break the law but give the Feds money.
