I knew the song and was delaying till i had a quiet moment to give it the attention it deserves

This song makes one think. Long, Long Ago for me is the time before I was born. Perhaps the time tihis song was sung. But for them it had to be pre Civil War. Now comes a thought that makes me stagger. Some day our time will be Long, Long Ago. I'm feeling old now. Can't wait for Spring to come and I'[ll feel young again. Thanks for posting, I think.

I have to say I enjoy fall more than summer but then I live in the hot south. Interesting points you make and it never occurred to me while playing this. Stay young at heart and keep active!
