  • Is this available on DVD anywhere?

  • Nope, at least not commercially. It's a shame it hasn't been released.

  • one of the best performances! Brilliant!

  • I have this on VHS from a LONG time ago - it was on Live from the Met or something maybe? I got it from my voice teacher in high school, she actually is in the chorus here.. but I think the recording was from TV.

  • He is also absolutely awesome as Don Giovanni

  • @antmusique I has been released now - but only as party of a big box of DVDs celebrating Levine at the Met.

  • the grouping was STUPID!!! AND UNECESSARY!

  • PS Is there anything sexier than the way Tom Allen pronouces the word "Crudel'"? It always kills me in "Deh vieni alla finestra. "

  • @antmusique soooo true.

considering i'm doing count myself for our production at governor's school for the arts-vocal music dept.

  • Two of my favorite singers...Ms. Battle is divine and I simply love the color of Mr. Allen's voice! .
