This is the 3rd day of my 90 Days weight loss challenge. I want to show you that you can still loose weight. The way we now eat will change. NO I'M NOT ASKING YOU TO CLEAN OUT YOUR REFRIGERATOR. Because we all have other people in our family that don't need to loose any weight.
But I am asking you to write down everything you like to eat and drink on paper and mark off every thing you can do with out cold turkey and replace it with a better food choice.
Ex: (Soda I can do with out and replace with Crystal light drinks or 100% Juices and water, I can replace Fried Chicken with Baked Chicken, I can do without anything fried and replace with only baked foods, I will make all of my lunches for work and won't buy them etc...)
Making a list and writing down your replacement foods is the first step in becoming a better you. The first two weeks of your weight loss challenge WILL BE YOUR HARDEST two weeks ever. Because you body will not like that you are changing from the junk foods to better choices in food. Once those two weeks are over you will find it easier to say No to bad foods.

@aprilynnboo YEEEEEEEES! Girl, and it's taste so good too. This is the kind of salad I can eat every day or for a week by changing up the meat on it. :-D WHEN YOU CHANGE THE WAY YOU EAT THEN DIET ~ YOU WILL ALWAYS EAT THAT WAY. Js :-D
