Dr. Perry talks about how to look at mobility and stability as factors in chronic lower back pain. Do you have the right mixture? If not, you can struggle chasing pain.

  • hey Dr. P. Just wondering with the double tennis-ball thingy. when I've got it under my lower back, should my upper back be on the floor or should I be holding my upper back up off the floor.

Cause I can get the tennis balls underneath my back and have my upper back grounded, would it still do the same?

  • @adampberes The tennis ball is for the upper back only, not lower back.

  • @adampberes ball satays on the upper back only. Do not go past the lower ribs

  • Good vids. Keep it up. I am a triathlete in CO. Lifetimer for chiro. :)

  • @wilmoful Thanks fo the feeback. I treat tons of Triathletes. Got a book coming out this summer on an entire program of recovery, regeneration and performance enhancement for your sport. Keep an eye out for the promo video.

  • JUst wanted to say thank you DR Perry. i was using the tennis ball on my left shoulder to my scapula and mid thoracic.(pain 7 to 10) I Found where the pain was coming from. Its coming from my Lower Arm pit. Where the pain was (10 to 10). Then the middle of my back stopped hurting. It was strange the pain was coming from a completely different location. Where my humerus and shoulder blade/clavicle connect. very painful. thanks again
