I think the information here is helpful to any business deciding that they want to "only" focus their attention on Google. I think you will find that there are over 60 websites in 4 categories in the geo-listing space. Most local businesses do not have the time to work through one geo-listing website, let alone 60. I think the message that needs to resonate to the small and local business is to outsource this work to a professional firm so they can really take advantage of geo-marketing.
