In June 2010, I spent three weeks in Katowice (Poland). During my stay I was responsible for a video promotion for a racing simulator developed by two students. My task was to create a powerful and vivid promotional video to be integrated with their website. After the collaboration between the composer and me turned out to be a bit difficult I decided to compose the soundtrack myself. Inspired by Paul Haslinger's soundtrack "The Interrogation" from Shoot 'Em Up, I created Matrosentanz. For this track I experimented with various sound effects and filters such as reverb, saturation and ping-pong delays for the first time.
