@NASIMNASIM I do agree with you. I do not use plastic in the microwave and I also tell others not to use plastic in the microwave. Thank you very much for your comment and keeping in touch.

@ershadsocal As a general rule, anything thats artificial can not be healthy. This also includes the use microwave.
If you must use it, make sure to never use plastic containers in the microwave, as chemicals from the plastic will absorb into the food or beverage. I personally prefer to heat food in a skillet, It just as fast, except you have to clean the skillet after. It's just a matter of getting used to.

@NASIMNASIM Is it bad for warming up liquid like coffee or tea making or it is bad for everything. I use microwave a lot for warming food, milk, tea etc. Would you please tell me how it is bad. Thank you for letting me know.
