Chakras Composer

This is Chakras; a toning bowl composer app for the iPhone [and Ipod Touch].

Chakras are energy centers connecting mind and body. They are located along the spine at major branches of the human nervous system, beginning at the base of the spinal column and moving upward to the top of the skull. Each is associated with a unique color and sound. Toning Bowls target these specific areas; bringing mind, body, and emotion into balance. Each has a specific area of affect.

The Chakras application is a Toning Bowl Composer. Each of the seven chakras can be played separately or in any combination of three. Typically, toning sessions begin at the Root Chakra and move to the Crown Chakra to align the mind-body and flush out negative energies over the coarse of ten to thirty minutes.

The Chakras Composer consists of a single page containing the Chakra name, body location, and short description of affected areas. Tap the associated note to turn the Chakras on/off. They will repeat until interrupted or turned off. Each is slightly different in length, allowing each cycle to be unique. Activate them in the desired sequence and at the desired time, and turn them on/off independent of the other Chakras to experience different combinations.

The app has been improved since this YouTube was posted. It now grants more control over the tones with a helpful skeleton body to show the regions affected by the tones being played; up to three simultaneous tones, which generates unique interactions, something you cannot get from a single bowl.

There is a difference between driving the bowls and listening to the tones through headphones. However, it is very slight. When the tones were developed and cleaned of the stick noise, the bowls actually began singing in response to the tones played from the computer. Same thing happens with the human body. The brain hears it, the body feels it.

Aren't you missing the point of the real physical soundwaves.. when you hit a real bowl... or are you saying that these tones only going through your headphones will give a similair result?

it is just the way it is. seven main planets, seven natural notes that have been used for hundreds of years, seven main colors of a rainbow, really there is infinite amount of tones, colors, and planets, but it seems in this age and in this MIND we are tuned to the seven. once again, it is just the way it is.

What Evidence is there to show a connection between the chakras and notes? I am really interested in this subject, but have found no clear answer.
