@Honken why are all your quotes from the old book of the bible? I realize this is the word of god but CHRISTians listen also to the word of Jesus and the desciples in the new testament. I would like to see some word from Jesus and his followers on the subject. Also could slavery maybe be considered a forced job. He does get respect and room and board.

the bible also says that you shouldnt beat your slave in the first place. so thats not bad slavery. it doesnt say that you should beat your slave. and also this is old testament law it no longer applies and things were a LOT different.
