National CASAs 28th annual conference in Denver brought together CASA/GAL volunteers, staff members, judges, child welfare professionals and others for an intense few days of learning, sharing expertise and embracing the conference theme Taking Advocacy to a Higher Level.Dr. Phil and Robin McGraw addressed the gathering.
