Intake Lift .325" (.520" lift at 1.6:1 rocker ratio)
Exhaust Lift .335" (.536" lift at 1.6:1 rocker ratio)

@codithsaves and my mecano installed a 0.447" to not have to moddified everything so what is the calcul to know all those mesure I want a know my intake and exhaust lift but he just tell me that is a 0.447" lift cam !!!

Stock rocker ratio is 1.6
You can upgrade the rockers also. A lot of people who are modding grand prix's get 1.9 rockers and that gives you a lot more lift out of the stock cam - almost .500" for 1.9 rockers.
.447" would have to be the actual lift on the valve, not the cam. That's way too high of a number for lope lift. For comparison, stock valve lift is a tad over .400" - I can't remember exact. What cam did they put in?

funny, I didn't see any age prerequisites on any of the documents when I bought it but alright.
You don't think there's enough modified camaros around already? Excuse me if I don't feel the need to repeat the same thing millions have already done. This is my daily driver and its a very comfortable livable car, why shouldn't I do what I want with it?
