  • iS THAT WATER BASED INK YOU USE?

  • @kicks7552

We use Excalibur plastisol inks .

  • Hang on a 2nd, What im not getting is the fact out you had the wrap around with the print. If you layed the shrt flat, Then printed it. How the hell did you get the print on the edges of the front to the back without having it slip in half? Did you have another screen to do the edges on the back to make the front wrap around?

  • @MystiK570 Sorry I don't speak english!

  • @StreetLife925 - you can use a plastisol reducer to thin down the ink and make it less thick and heavy.

  • was all the printing done with plastisol ink? with that much plastisol ink covering the shirt doesn't it make the shirt less breathable. i use plastisol and have covered up large amounts of the shirt, though not as much as shown here and it gets hot where ever there is plastisol ink on the shirt. i even sweat there on them areas too sometimes depending on the weather. I've been considering on looking for some other kinds of inks. am i doing something wrong??? i never went to school for this. TY

  • @MystiK570 Good point. The video shows the front and back technique but clearly the shirt has been printed down the side seams. This is miss in the demo.

The video showing how they print round the neck and over the sleeves is probably the technique they use.

  • Sugoi! This is awesome!

  • @zynthesis obviously it's brand new...they are selling equipment...it's a demo video. Yes anyone can do it once they learn, but they have to have the equipment...even if it's home made equipment.

  • @misterscreenprint Flat printing on a shirt is not sophisticated. All that equipment in that shop is brand new. Anyone in a basement can do that.

  • very cool process you have mastered...nice job.

  • @zynthesis that "noob" looks to be putting out some sophisticated work.

  • @finemofok

Yes we use halftones and Photoshop!

  • @PRISMSCREEN Do you guys use haftones and do you do your art on photoshop?
