Previously recorded video. I wanted to make a natural hair cleanser using the Pascalite Clay I'd purchased. I love Pascalite better than the well known bentonite clay because of it's smoother and silkier texture on my hair (when properly mixed). My mixture consisted of green tea, honey, aloe vera juice and olive oil. I use this clay treatment as a hair cleanse, conditioner and detoxifier. It left my hair clean, shiny, elastic, manageable. I haven't used terressentials but I think it's just as good. I purchase my clay online at www.pascalite.com

  • What made you decide to use the pascalite clay?

  • @destined4blessin My mother told me about the clay, and after reading about it's benefits I knew it would be great as a hair cleanser.

  • Hi, can you provide measurement? Thanks in advance

  • @penn2pal I didn't measure anything. I just eyeballed it but I'd estimate that I used about 1/3 cup of clay, 1/4 cup of tea, 3tbspns of aloe juice, 3 tbspns honey, 2 tbspns of olive oil. I hope this helps.

  • @LifeInTheSunshine i used the alma by itself

  • @ladybird11891 You're welcome..let me know how it works for you. I think I'll try it this way as well.

  • @LifeInTheSunshine Thank you sooo much for responding! I'll try this out :-)

  • @ladybird11891 Hey Lady:-) You know when I do the mask, it never gets hard I can actually massage it in my hair and scalp, it never gets hard. I do think it would be a great substitute, the only thing I would do is use aloe vera juice exclusively as the liquid instead of the green tea. The aloe vera juice will make the mixture closer to a perfect ph (between 4.5-5.5) which will help to keep the cuticles smooth, which should technically be a more detangling mixture.Hth!

  • Hey there sunshine :-)) I'm looking for a more economical alternative to the terressentials organic hair wash. I was wondering if you tinkered with your mixture enough to detangle with it; if so, did you add any oils or other ingredients? Thanks!

  • @TheHeartfeltHoney Thank you. I haven't used amla... Do you add the amla to your clay mixture?
