@iamhomo1 The previous SoP album seems quite nice and a bit more "old-fashioned" brutal death metal. I think I like it ! But not Noctambulant... :/

Try to get into SoP, takes a while, more than faceless. If you can't get into it then leave it alone. You don't have to troll on an Sop link :)

@iamhomo1 Yeah ok, the first riff is inspired from "Render My Prey"... it happens all the time. What I like in The Faceless is the luminous jazzy parts that appear magically, piercing through the wall of blast beats & furious riffs... And also the "mathcore" riffs & rythms inspired from Meshuggah (like on "Planetary Duality part I"). I miss that kind of jazzy parts in all the other tech death metal band and that's why I don't like stuffs like Spawn of Possession, Deeds of Flesh etc.
