Muammar Gaddafi said he would green all of Libya and supply food for all of Africa and the Middle East. He was well on the way to doing this with his "Great man made water project." Right now they are bombing the crap out of the infrastructure and pollutting the deserts with depleted uranium. You never heard it from me.
