We've had 'Free Hugs' for years, but how about selling 'Deluxe Hugs' for the purpose of giving someone less fortunate a big Act of Random Kindness? That's what the young director of the ethical clothing brand Ark° did in Dublin recently, selling hugs for a euro so he could bring a homeless man out for a proper evening meal.

I don't understand - besides taking out one homeless guy for one meal and giving yourselves a big pat on the back for it, what else does your charity do? The money that you make from t-shirts, what's that money go to?

@kainedamo Hey Kainedamo. We're not a charity. We're a business who puts purpose before profit. Instead of taking a lifestyle and trying to sell clothes through it, we've made the lifestyle the very core of the product. Wear an Ark°, perform an Ark°. Our money goes into making more t-shirts to spread the message and organising projects that fulfil our mission of re-connecting society.
p.s. patting ourselves on the back is nice, everyone deserves a good ol' pat now and then
