The Trojan Women by Euripides A Lost & Found Young Company production
It's less than 24 hours after Troy has welcomed in a gift from the Greeks, a wooden horse. 12 hours ago, the people of Troy were celebrating. Now the men are all dead, and the women of Troy are left to deal with the aftermath. Some will be hauled off to Greece, to become wives or servants of their Greek victors. Others are left, simply to grieve. What is the response of the gods to this madness? Kathleen Sheehy plays Hecuba, alongside a talented cast of local students, to bring to life this classic Greek play by Euripides.
