  • theres actually no incline on this... it would be exactly like doing dumbell presses from a flat bench. look at the position of the pulleys where ur pulling from its an exact 90 degree angle

  • They are awesome machines. I own an Ultimate 2 BowFlex and I wouldn't be without one now. I also use free weights and have been for many years. The Bow Flex is good for defining and toning muscles.
