to make the ganache thicker, like to put on top of brownies, would u add more heavy cream? or is heavy cream a liquid?

@gregamponsa Just let the ganache get cold, it will get stiffer upon sitting at room temp (Not 100 degrees though!!!) I microwaved this ganahce so it is POURABLE.

@iamapeacemakr Hi Martina! Glad we have the same brain when it comes to PASTRY! mmmm, peanut butter sounds amazing! My bakery is peanut free though, too many kids with allergies, so we are safer that way! But at home...well THATS a different story!!!
