That guy was a SERIOUS model railroader! It's gotta hurt like hell to have to give up something that was so far along. I have to hand it to him in that he was able to get so much benchwork and backdrop done without ever having laid any track (at least none was visible).

wow that was some amazing painting on the walls! did the owners paint that themselves? hate to see a layout go down, but looks like you made out like a bandit...be sure to post on the progress of your own layout!

No the guy paid an elementary art teacher to do the artwork. I will be posting videos
of the new construction. I need to add lights to my train room then start hanging drywall.
