Actually I've got that eyeshadow (Lace Hues) and it's really that pigmented, as it seems in the video. It's important to use the applicator from the packet, it's much better than a brush. I don't know when did you use Avon eyeshadows, but that kind of eyeshadow quad is kind of new. I'm satisfied with it:)

@jennv666 If you just do one swipe you get barely anything, but you do get colour pay off if you pack them on like she shows here. However it can sometimes look chalky if you do so, so it's best to put on a similar shade base colour to get the full effect you want.
