Black Ops Menu Glitch/Bug

Can't click anything, game won't proceed further than this, same thing happens in MP, nothing can be done, Ive tried EVERYTHING. Hope this vid helps explain the problem.

It is because you are using a Packard Bell Notebook. And that is NOT made for gamers. Buy a ASUS ROG Desktop.

I kinda have the same problem but its like when i start the game its gonna do the intro thing and freezes i nthe middle of the intro.And when i start multiplayer it just has a blue circle that i cant click with.What a waste of 60$ :/.I WANT MY MONEY BACK,OR A FIX :D.

If I Can have it would b nice. ;). I have a 2 core E6400. But when i go in to system boot. It only shows 1 core. When there should be 2 any help ?

@Dialga355 man i have windows xp...my processor is amd 64 x2 5000+.... i dont know where can i put in use my second core... i went to msconfig but i can only select one processor...im trying to say that i dont have an option to select numbers of cores... any solution?
