Snohomish, Washington Boot Camps with a Purpose

Several times throughout the year, Snohomish Boot Camps (http://www.snohomishbootcamp.com/) in Snohomish, Washington partners with Boot Camps with a Purpose and hosts a charity boot camp to raise money for local charities. In July 2010 Snohomish Boot Camps raised money for The Natalie Kay Lang School Project. This boot camp raised $400 for a great cause.

Snohomish Boot Camps welcomes you to join the challenge. They invite you to join the fun all while supporting local charities. Their fun Fitness Boot Camp for Charity offers workouts for all fitness levels; beginner to novice. Children are also encouraged to attend with fun. Even those not able to work out can come walk to raise funds for charity. This event is full of fitness activities for the whole family to enjoy.

About EEFDC
The EEFDC was established in 2005 to assist West African student Ignace Hounwanou with housing and financial support in college in the USA. A group of friends familiar with Ignace's educational goals, and aware of conditions in West Africa, rallied to support Ignace's plan to study nursing in America. The assistance of the Foundation allows Ignace to remain focused on his dream of returning to his homeland as a registered nurse in Togo. Thus the Foundation became a reality. About The Natalie Kay Lang School Project
The EEFDC is planning for the funding, construction, and staffing of this school in Togo, West Africa. In addition to building the school, the foundation will provide grants to students in financial need. Many children in Togo are unable to attend school due to socio-economic factors and conditions limiting access to schools. The cost of tuition, uniforms and supplies, and transportation is beyond the means of many families. The school will provide students with a comprehensive education through a curriculum designed to meet essential academic learning in math, sciences, social studies, literature, language proficiencies, technology, music, arts, health, and physical education. The school will place special emphasis on computer skills and information technology to provide students with the background and training to compete and succeed in a global, technology-based economy.
