  • @twix5690 i used a towel rolled up really tight. it didnt work as well as a yoga mat would but it was good enough

  • First I stumbled across your 10 minute booty workout, and did the whole thing, and I had quite a bit of energy left, so I decided to try this one...boy oh boy, I am surprised I was able to complete it...whew this one kicked butt, and when I say kicked butt, I mean kicked butt. I think I'm a little low on energy now, but, I am a glutton for punishment at times...I want more...lol. Thanks again, You are an awesome trainer, I hope to be one someday=))).
